The purpose of THE BADONKADONK is to have some fun and elevate our sales efforts at Talley. THE BADONKADONK will be in the possession of the Account Executive OR Director who has been determined to be at the bottom of the "sales to forcast" chart for the previous Quarter.

While I cherish being the first reciepient of THE BADONKADONK (assigned, not necessarily earned), I sure do not want to have it in my possession after April 1st, the next quarter. The BADONKADONK represents the bottom, a place we do not want to be here at Talley. If you are the unfortunate recipient of THE BADONKADONK, may it be the inspiration you need to double (triple?) your efforts so at the end of the next quarter, when this prized sculpture of stone moves on to some other unsuspecting sole.

In the mean time, we are going to have some fun so please come back to this blog from time to time to see where THE BADONKADONK has been and where it may be going.
